Shipping Policy

At SoWhat?? Jewellery, we aim to ensure a seamless shopping and shipping experience. Please find our shipping guidelines below.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected method and destination.

Shipping in Canada:

  • Canada Post (Standard Shipping): 2-5 business days
  • FedEx Ground (Provinces): 2-5 business days
  • Purolator (Territories): 2-4 business days
  • FedEx Priority Overnight: 1-2 business days

FREE Shipping:

  • Free shipping is available on all North American orders over $150.

Local Delivery

  • Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within Calgary Zone
  • For orders under $50, a $7 delivery fee will apply.
  • Deliveries are made on weekdays between 10 AM and 8 PM. We will contact you via text message at the phone number provided during checkout to notify you of our delivery arrival.

Order Status and Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to check the delivery status.
  • Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated time frame, please contact us at info@sowhatjewellery.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.


Back-Ordered or Special Order Items

  • If your order contains back-ordered items or special requests (e.g., non-stocked ring sizes), you will receive an email confirming the estimated delivery date.
  • Your confirmation is required to proceed with the order. The full order will ship together once all items are ready, unless otherwise requested.
  • If you choose to cancel the order, your credit card will not be charged.

Shipping Costs and Insurance

  • Shipping, handling, and applicable taxes will be calculated during checkout based on your shipping destination and method.
  • All items are fully insured and registered for their full value during transit.
  • An adult signature is required upon delivery to ensure the safety of your package.

Damaged Orders

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at info@sowhatjewellery.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A photo of the damaged item

We will address these cases individually and work towards a satisfactory resolution.


Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed:

  • You will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details.
  • If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us at info@sowhatjewellery.com 

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or suspicious.
